We received recommendations from our venue for a few different catering companies and after speaking to Kevin on the phone for the first time, we knew we found our guy! We wanted a custom menu with a wide variety of hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour and he went above and beyond to make sure our menu was everything we hoped it would be and at a very reasonable price. My husband is from the Philadelphia area and wanted to represent that during cocktail hour by offering cheesesteaks as one of the options. He is very particular about his cheesesteak and Kevin made sure he had everything to my husband’s liking (type of bread, meat quality, type of cheese, toppings, etc.) and made the best cheesesteaks we have ever tasted – that speaks volumes coming from a guy that is from the home of the cheesesteak!! Shortly before our tasting, I asked Kevin if he could whip up some Alabama white sauce to accompany some of the dinner meat options for our tasting. He had never heard of the sauce but he was able to throw some together and it was better than any Alabama white sauce I’ve ever tasted! Point being, Kevin took any and everything we threw at him and made it far better than we expected! We had our tasting with him and Anjali and we had the best time with them. The food was out of this world amazing and the company was even better! They are, hands down, some of the best people we’ve had the pleasure of meeting – from a personal standpoint through their work ethic and cooking abilities. We knew prior to meeting them that we were going to pick Seed to Serve just based on our interactions with Kevin but after the tasting, the food was now the part of our wedding day we were looking forward to the most!!
Fast forward to the big day…to say the food was delicious would be doing it a disservice. Everything was fresh, piping hot, exploding with flavor and made with so much love by all the staff at Seed to Serve. Every single person RAVED about every item they tried. I heard the phrase “this is the best wedding food I’ve ever had” more times than I could keep track of. We ordered an abundance of hors d'oeuvres and they were cleared out, during dinner several people got up for multiple servings - they could not get enough of the scrumptious food from Seed to Serve!
